Comfort Care Home Health Services complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of any of these.
We provide people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats such as braille, large print, audio, or accessible electronic formats. We provide free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. These aids and services are provided free of charge and in a timely manner.

How to raise a concern
If you believe we have failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way, please tell us. You can reach us in person, by mail, by phone, or by email, and we will help you put your concern in writing if you need that. We will look into every concern and respond to you.
