Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Sites use cookies to remember settings, keep you signed in, or measure traffic. "Similar technologies" means things like local storage, which works the same way but is not sent with every page request.

What this website uses

  • No advertising or analytics cookies unless you accept them. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies until you choose Accept on the cookie banner, and it never uses social media tracking pixels.
  • Google Analytics, only after you accept. Measures how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, time on page, and the city a visit comes from. Cookies: _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years). Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses, and we keep Google Signals turned off for Analytics.
  • Google Ads measurement, only after you accept. Tells us whether an ad led to a call or a call-back request, and may let Google show our ads to you on other sites. Cookies include _gcl_au (3 months) and Google's advertising cookies. We never send names, phone numbers, or form contents.
  • One local setting. Your browser remembers your cookie choice (Accept or Decline). It is stored on your device only, is never sent to us, and can be cleared in your browser settings.
  • Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches a font file, Google may record your IP address. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
  • Call-back form. When you submit our call-back form, it goes directly to our own Google Workspace account. No outside form service is involved, and the form sets no cookie.
  • Hosting logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of visit) for security and troubleshooting. These are logs, not cookies, and are described in our Privacy Policy.

Until you accept, none of the Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies are set. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal or has "Do Not Track" turned on, we treat it as "decline," even if you accepted earlier. If you accept and later decline, we stop the tags and clear their cookies.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent information about visitors. We do not build profiles of visitors ourselves; if you accept advertising cookies, Google may use your visit to show our ads elsewhere, and you can opt out at any time. We do not use cookies to collect anything you tell us about your health, and the analytics and advertising tools are never given anything you type into a form. If you accept analytics cookies, the addresses of the pages you view, including our condition pages, are sent to Google with the data listed above. Anything you tell us about your health happens by phone or in person, and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Managing cookies

Use the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of any page to accept or decline the analytics and advertising cookies. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser's settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Site data." Most browsers also let you block cookies from specific sites or delete them when you close the window. This website works without cookies. If you block them, the only thing that changes is that your cookie choice will not be remembered.

Changes to this policy

If we add a tool that uses cookies, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
